1916 "Do Right, Fear No Man" WWI Medallion w/ Antique Pocket Watch

Description

WWI commemorative medallion that says "Do Right and Fear No Man" with a crest of arms, dated 1916, designed by American artist Theodore Spicer-Simpson (1871-1959). Reverse side features a mythical winged creature with something in French around the edge of the medallion.
Lovely patina on this WWI medallion, which is over 100 years old.
Attached to the medallion with a black taffeta ribbon is an old family watch. Don't know much about it, as I found it among my mother's things after she died. Probably belonged to her father, Eiler Jensen, who fought in WWI.
The white face is in perfect condition, but the minute and hour hands are missing (the tiny second hands are intact) and the its crystal is missing, too.
The case is silver, nice dark tarnish patina due to the age of the piece.
My local watch repair man (Vanna Watch in South Pasadena) opened up the back and told me that the movement is Swiss but there is no brand or maker indicated.
