One Japanese owner, long-term storage in Canada, and I am the first owner in the states and imported it. Clean car VX with a report available. No accidents. Also unlike most GTRs, the original cluster, So the miles are actually true.
Color is the fairly rare KH3, jet black. Exterior is in extremely good condition, with original paint on all panels, with only a handful of extremely minor scuffs and dings. Wheels are genuine BBS 18x9.5 and wrapped in Bridgestone Potenzas. There is some minor curb rashing on the wheels and they could stand to be refinished, I have elected not to have them repowder coated simply because there's such a varying of interest in color for prospective buyers. The tires have loads of life, and show no signs of dry rot, but do have older date stamps. The underside is clean, and free of anything that resembles rust.
Interior is immaculate showing minimal wear on everything. A few minor scuffs here and there, but would be more commensurate with a car two or three years old than one going on its 30th.
Mechanically, the car is in great shape. I just completed an extensive refresh and did the following
Timing belt, water pump, cam seals, crank seal, oil pump seal, oil pan gasket, rear main seal, clutch, brand new zero mile, nismo heritage transmission, Clutch slave cylinder was rebuilt, and slave booster was replaced. AC compressor was also just replaced and air conditioning is charged and blows icy cold. The previous owner storing it in Canada put low mileage turbos onto it with approximately 30,000 mi, but no receipts available since they came from a personal vehicle. Most receipts are available from mid 2000s until it's export to Canada on 2012, their handwritten Japanese documents so they may be difficult to translate.
The car is free of most all modifications. It has the BBS wheels, an FGK muffler, NISMO self resetting ECU (factory installed), RSR lowering springs and 12mm spacers.

Exterior
Outside of the vehicle is extremely nice, a few minor dings and scratches are present, but extremely minor and commensurate with a vehicle a 10th of its age
Interior
Interior of the vehicle is extremely nice, with minimal wear on most surfaces. Steering wheel has a few small necks from entry and exit, and the shift knob has a little bit of wear
Engine
Underside of the vehicle is clean and dry with no oil leaks or rust present. Strut towers have no rust issues corrosion or other problems. All body panels have original paint and paint depth photos are available on the JDM supply ad in the Google album located there
