Please see the empatica website for more details - this device is version 1 but in good condition and perfect working order. Only difference between this and v2 is that the battery life is shorter (last over 24 hours in stead of 48) and slightly less onboard capacity for storing data.
You will need a subscription to use the monitoring service from Emaptica
. Just load the app on your smart phone, pair the watch to your phone using Bluetooth and connect the app to your account. Very easy to set up but does require yearly subscription and you need to be within Bluetooth range of your phone for the monitoring / alert to work.
