Large Weird Roly-Poly Scary for Children

Description

This is a 13 1/2" ( 14 1/2" with feather) unmarked roly-poly. I think it looks European-made but there is no country of origin.  It is vintage. Body is hard plastic, ruffle collar is vinyl and head with hat is soft vinyl/rubber.  Head squeaks. There is some wear on one hand and buttons and slight wear on mouth. I would not put this in a child's nursery or want to see it looking at me in the middle of the night!
