$ 10.11

Availability: 100 in stock
  • Condition: US Army 77th Infantry "Liberty" Division A.E.F. WWI Insignia Pin CONDITION: The blue enamel is intact and not cracked or chipped. The first "7" in the "77" number is a bit hard to read (it looks like a 1, but it's a 7). I think they poured just a bit too much enamel when the pin was made. The back is OK, though it shows some tarnish from age. We sell and ship inside the United States only.

    US Army 77th Infantry "Liberty" Division  A.E.F. WWI Insignia Pin
    -->  This is an original WWI pin for the 77th Division of the US Army. It's marked "77th Div. A.E.F."  It was probably meant as a commemorative sweetheart piece for families and loved ones at hom. AEF Stood for American Expeditionary Force, the American army units that went to France during the war. The pin measures 9/16 of an inch in diameter. The front has blue enamel over a brass background. The back has a hinged pin with a "J" hook. The back is not marked.
    CONDITION: The blue enamel is intact and not cracked or chipped.  The first "7" in the "77" number is a bit hard to read (it looks like a 1, but it's a 7). I think they poured just a bit too much enamel when the pin was made. The back is OK, though it shows some tarnish from age.
